Paperless Event Checking In

With Paperless Event Checking In, you can say goodbye to paper guest check lists.
You can check your guest by:
Search and check the guest in.
Use the camera on your device to scan barcode or QR codes.
Use an external bluetooth scanner to scan barcodes.

The most efficient way is to use a bluetooth scanner but it may only read barcodes from paper tickets.
The camera reads barcodes/QR codes from paper tickets and other devices

The app is loaded with sample data with all its functionality.
To use your own data, load a GuestList.csv file. You can load the file from your email on the device.
Once you have loaded the file, the app will determine the number of rows you have added and it will show you two rows so that you know that the data has been loaded as expected.
To purchase the functionality, tap on the Summary button and from there you can purchase the product based on the number of rows that were loaded.

ALL YOUR GUEST INFORMATION REMAINS ON YOUR DEVICE

Once the data is loaded, you do not need internet access to check guests in

Scan Screen
Defaults to camera, tap Bluetooth to use keyboard to enter code or use a bluetooth scanner.
When using camera, after the code has been scanned tap the name field to scan the next guest.
When using bluetooth scanner or typing the code, once the code is entered, you can continue to the next guest.
Green means that the code was found.
Red means that the code was not found.
Yellow means that the code already was used

Loading Your Data
Email the GuestList.csv file so that you can see the email on your device then open your email.
Once you see the attachment on your email, tap and hold for a second and you will se the list of apps available to process the file and select Paperless Event Checking In to load the data.

The app will show two rows of the your data on the main screen, and on the summary you can see the first and last row.
This way we ensure that that data is loaded correctly before purchasing the product.
